Ashleigh, "The Boss"

Hi! I’m Ashleigh Taylor Crabb. Yes, I’m the first born of Jason and Shellye (Mom and Dad to me) and yes, I have all the rights and privileges of being first born! When you’re first born, you learn things real quick because you get all the attention. I’ve learned “I am the boss” and here’s why! By the time another sibling comes along (Emma), you’ve got your parents all worn down with questions like….why did God make this like that? Or why is this? Why, why, why? I’m real good at asking why! I’m also good at asking questions that they don’t have good answers for! Isn’t that what first born children are supposed to do? I love to sing with my Daddy and sister. Singing about Jesus is so easy because He loves us so much! Daddy sings about Jesus a lot and one thing I have found out about that…Daddy means it! You know sometimes he says don’t do this or don’t do that…he really doesn’t mean it but when it comes to singing Jesus…Daddy means it! Anyway if I could pick my own parents (like start over), I would pick my mom and Dad! They are the best and I love them so much! And I would pick Emma as my baby sister too!
